Legs & Abs
Mondays 6:30-7:15pm 
This workout is focused on strengthening and toning the muscles in the legs and core. The class aims to improve both muscular strength and endurance in these areas, and incorporate exercises that target specific muscles like quads, hamstrings, gluts, and abdominal muscles.
Zumba Toning
Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm
This dance class mixes cardio and strength training. You'll perform toning and sculpting exercises that include body resistance movements like lunges and squats, as well as using the toning sticks for added resistance.
Full Body Boot Camp
Saturdays 8-8:45am
Our Boot camp class is designed to be high-intensity and push participants to their limits. This class combines strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and interval training to burn calories and build muscle.

Each package is valid for 31 days from the date of your first class, giving you the freedom to plan your schedule while staying motivated alongside a supportive group.
