It has been several weeks since I connected with you, and I am pleased to share that in my hiatus we have been working on expanding Fit In’s services, and even changing the business name. Headquarters for Health, Hope & Healing (4H) will include group and personal training as it always has, but also holistic wellness coaching, nutrition and mental health counseling.
I am excited about the vision and responsibility that God has trusted me with, and pray that you continue to support 4H by participating in classes and services as the expansion progresses. Fitness classes will resume on Monday, September 9th.
Description of classes:
Walking w/ Purpose: This FREE class is for any and everyone with legs. This walking meetup starts at Penn Wood High School track on Essex & Green Ave. in Lansdowne. We will walk 3 miles through Lansdowne, together…because we are better together. Warmup and stretch begins at 6pm and ends about 7ish with a stretch and cool down. Equipment needed: None…but do bring your water bottle.
Zumba w/ Toning: Few exercise classes have had Zumba's staying power.The high-and low-intensity intervals make Zumba an excellent cardio workout. Traditional Zumba workouts emphasize strengthening the core, while Zumba Toning and Zumba step workouts incorporate weights to build muscles in the arms, legs, and glutes. Equipment needed: None…Toning sticks will be provided in class.
This class will be held at Kiss from a Rose studio at 105 S. State Road, Upper Darby, Pa and the cost is $15.
Abs & Booty Boot Camp: This strength and cardio class focuses on the lower half of your body, as the class title describes. Expect to challenge not only your body, but your mind as you alternate between high and low intensity exercises through timed intervals, designed to sculpt your legs, abs, and butts. Equipment needed: Weights, and an exercise mat.
